Q: What should I send when a trigger job is being requested?
A: Send your bare frame only. Detach the butt stock or pistol grip and do not send the barrel hinge pin. If there is a hammer spur extension Installed on your hammer remove it prior to shipment. In addition, include a detailed note with your package stating the trigger pull weight you prefer, all of your contact information including your e-mail address and your preferred method of payment. By including your e-mail address Stratton Custom Will notify you via e-mail that your package has arrived.
Q: What should I send when a barrel hanger bar system is being requested?
A: You have two choices in regard to the forend itself. You can purchase a new factory forend for the hanger bar conversion from Stratton Custom or you can send your existing forend to Stratton Custom for the conversion. It is not usually necessary to send your barrel. Stratton Custom has fitting barrels for all of the common factory and Bergara barrel contours. If you have a custom barrel contour it may be necessary for Stratton Custom to have your barrel here to do the hanger bar and forend fitting. Check with me if there is any question and I will determine if I need to have the barrel here or not. In addition, include a detailed note with your package outlining all of the work and or parts you are requesting, all of your contact information including your e-mail address and your preferred method of payment. A: Visa or MasterCard when ordering from my web store. When ordering via telephone or e-mail Visa, MasterCard, money order, bank check or a personal check. I don't do pay pal and I don't accept any other cards than Visa or MC. If you prefer to use a card for other than on line orders I would like to get the card information up front so that I don't have to try to track you down to get it when your order is ready to ship.
