Stratton Custom Refund policy
Stratton Custom fully guarantees all products offered by Stratton Custom for both manufacturing defects and customer satisfaction. If any product purchased is found to be defective in any way or if the customer is not fully satisfied with the product it may be returned within 30 days of purchase to Stratton Custom for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. The 30 day return period is further defined to constitute 30 days from the day the customer receives the product.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds given may be issued in the form of a check or electronically as a debit on the credit card used for the purchase.
Stratton Custom reserves the right to decide which way all refunds are issued.
