Stratton Custom Shipping Policy

Products that are currently in stock will normally be shipped within 5 business days or less from the date your order is processed. Orders for products that are currently out of stock or orders requiring specialized services or labor will normally be shipped within 5 business days or less of the product becoming available or the services/labor being completed.

The default shipping charge shown on the web site is valid only for orders that can be shipped via a priority mail small flat rate box and to a destination within the United States. Shipping charges will be adjusted for larger packages by Stratton Custom to accurately reflect the true cost as dictated by the actual weight, size and destination of the package.

Packages with a value of $200.00 or less will be sent uninsured unless a specific request for insurance is received from the customer by Stratton Custom at the time the order is placed. An additional charge may be applied for insurance requested on packages with a value of $200.00 or less. Packages with a value exceeding $200.00 will normally be insured and the cost of said insurance will be covered in the shipping charge quoted by Stratton Custom at the time the order is processed. Stratton Custom will not be held liable for any loss incurred for any reason on uninsured packages with a value of less than $200.00. In addition, if an insurance claim is required, Stratton Custom will not be held liable for any difference in the actual insurance payment and the customers stated value. Stratton custom will make every effort to utilize the correct insured value on every insured package but makes no warranty or guarantee that the insured amount on every insured package will be exactly correct.

Stratton Customs preferred shipping method for both incoming and outgoing packages is Priority US Mail. When circumstances arise wherein priority mail cannot be utilized or isn't practical UPS ground will used.
